Pinecone Turkeys

large round pinecones
assorted feathers
brown, red, and
orange chenille wires (sometimes called pipe cleaners)
eyes
crafters
glue
wire cutters
1/8 - 1/4 inch ribbons, tie into small bows
Glue
feathers to back of the pinecone.
Fold a brown chenille wire in half and
shape into a turkey head. neck, and beak.
Cut off a small piece of the red
chenille wire and wrap it around the beak.
Glue wobbly eyes to side of
head.
Cut orange felt into small pieces (1-1/2 inches in length)
Twist
three together at one end (for feet) you'll need two sets for each
turkey.
Glue to the bottom of the turkey for feet.
Glue on a little bow
tie.
