wooden ball or knob, 1 1/4" diameter
tiny clay pot, 1-3/4"
tall
brown acrylic paint
yellow craft foam or felt
red craft foam or
felt
small wiggle eyes
glue
3 autumn silk leaves, these will become the
tail feathers
Paint the wooden ball and pot brown.
Glue ball (the
head) to top center of the inverted clay pot (the body).
Cut out a beak shape
from yellow craft foam.
Cut out a wattle from red craft foam.
Glue eyes
on to the head.
Glue on wattle approximately 1/4" below the eyes and centered
on the face.
Above the wattle glue on the beak.
Add the tail feathers:
glue the three leaves to the back of the body in a fan pattern.
