8 medium potatoes
,peeled
a small bunch green onions
1/2 cup milk
salt &
pepper
butter
Steam potatoes until soft.
Mash.
Chop the entire
green onion and cook in milk for 5 minutes.
Beat this mixture into the mash
potatoes until all is smooth.
Add salt and pepper for seasoning if desires.
Mound on plates and top with butter.
