Love it! It [Cinco de Mayo] brings back wonderful
memories of my childhood. Now I can pass down written copies of
childhood comfort food to my children.

The site was very informative. There is a lot that
I have wanted to learn about African-American culture and this was a
great way for me to learn.

the French Revolution and about Marie Antoinette! I find them very
interesting! I share them with my kids!! Thanks again for your great

As an activity coordinator at a senior residential
facility in Sacramento, I am always
looking for information to support themes I use for my
programs. Wow, did I ever hit the jackpot!! I love
doing themes around countries, some are not as common as
others. You have given me a wealth on resources to
tap. I look forward to using your recipes from those
off the beaten path countries. I anticipate lots of funs and
new experiences for the folks I work with.
Thanks
Linda Z.

I am a member of the Diversity Committee for a
large corporation. Each month I make a presentation on Diversity to the
management of my department. This month I'm doing a presentation on
Asian & Pacific Islander Heritage Month. I found a cookie
recipe (Moon Cookies) to include with my presentation. I've never
included ethnic foods, so this is a first. Our Mission Statement is to
keep Diversity on the Agenda. Your web site if just one of the
resources I use for promoting Diversity.
