• Make a rubbing of a penny.
• Use a magnifying glass to find Lincoln sitting in the Lincoln Memorial on the back of a penny.
• Write to the President.  President Lincoln grew a beard after receiving a letter from a young girl named Grace Bedell.  In her letter she told Lincoln he would get more votes if he grew a beard.
