It is popular to have both men and women at the baby shower. See what your honoree prefers. Also see what types of games she likes or if she wants them. There are game to guess the size of her tummy and she might be sensitive to this so check first!

Game Ideas

• Dirty Diaper Corsage: Make a corsage for everyone by rolling up a napkin like a diaper and securing it with a pin. Make one a "dirty diaper" by coloring one yellow or brown.  Have everyone wear their corsage upon arrival, then once the games begin have everyone open their corsage to find the dirty diaper and win a prize. 

• The Memory Game from MarilynG
  I think I've played this game at every baby shower I've been too. You get a variety of baby items (aspirator, mitts, pacifier, q-tip, safety pin, etc) and put them all on a tray or in a box. Each guest gets an opportunity to look through the items. When everyone has seen the tray/box, they have to write down as many of the items as they remember. To make this harder, you could also have a cake break or something between the viewing and the actual game.

  I saw a diaper cake that looked cute. The cake was made up of rolled white cloth diapers around a baby bottle with pink/blue socks placed between the layers. The socks were twisted up and peeking out at the top to look like roses. The diapers were secured together with diaper pins at the ends.
