Party Games

The Song Game
	by Cameron Walker in Portland, Oregon Good for teens and adults Divide the party guests into teams. The number of teams and people on them are at your own discretion. You, the host, will play the supreme judge in this game. Ahead of time, think of a list of common words found in songs, such as HEART, LOVE, SMILE, HAPPINESS, WATER, or any others. Each team must come up with as many songs as they can with the given word in the lyrics. Over half the team must be able to sing a line or two of the song with the given word. Each team has ten seconds to give their response. When a team succeeds, it is passed to the next group (and so on) in a circle. If a team is unable to think of a song, they are excommunicated from the circle. The game continues until one team remains and wins the round.
Name Game
	Start with the name of a famous person. IE. Eddie Murphy The next person must quickly name another famous person whose first name begins with the previous person's last name's first initial. IE: Mickey Mouse If you do not answer within a set time limit or you repeat a name your out!
Secrets
	First you ask each person to write a little known fact or "secret" about themselves. Examples: I've dated a singer, foreign ambassador and a lawyer. As a child I played in the sewers. My father was a forger. I've lived in Italy and England. I don't eat red meat. I went white water rafting. I played in the sewers as a child. Then you try to match the secret with the person. Whoever guess the most right wins! This is great for smaller parties!

	A great intimate party game. Ask your guest: Imagine a clear blue sky. Now picture the landscape in your mind. Which of the following scenes feels the most calming and relaxing to you? 1. A white snowy plain 2. A blue seascape 3. A green mountain 4. A field of yellow flowers Here's what each scene means: 1.
