Semolina Halva
2 cups semolina
3/4 cups margarine
1-3/4 cups granulated sugar
3-1/2 cups half-and-half
1/8 cup pine
nuts
Melt the margarine in a pan.
Add the pine nuts and
semolina.
Saut over medium-low heat 30-40 minutes or until pine nuts change
color, stir continuously.
Stir in milk.
Stir in sugar.
Cover and cook
over low heat 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pan from heat and allow to cool 30
minutes.
Stir before serving.
