Dajaj Beltoom (Garlic Chicken)
6 pieces of chicken
6 cloves garlic,
minced
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon
allspice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 medium potatoes, peeled
& cut into 4 wedges
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive
oil
1 cup water
Combine garlic, salt, lemon juice, oil, water and the
spices.
Add the chicken, toss to coat and marinate in the refrigerator
overnight.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place potato wedges and chicken with
marinade in a baking dish.
Bake about 40 minutes.
Then place under the
broiler until the chicken and potatoes are golden in color.
