Maracas

I'm planning a Cinco De Mayo party for
my daughter's birthday. We are making maracas out of old plastic water
bottles.

you'll need for each
plastic water bottle
a cup of
rice
construction paper
Cinco De Mayo stickers, from the craft
store
Fill the bottle with rice.
Cover bottle with construction
paper.
Let the children decorate them with the stickers.
Along with
the cup of rice, I'm inserting a recipe for Spanish rice (which requires a cup
of rice) that they can try at home.
