Coca-Cola Salad

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 cups Coca-Cola
1-1/2 cups mixed diced fruits

Combine gelatin and sugar in a saucepan.
Add water and lemon juice, set over low heat, and cook, stirring constantly until gelatin and sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Add Coca-Cola; chill until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in fruit.
Pour mixture into mould.
Chill until set, several hours.
