Chanukah Votive

plain glass votive candle cup
blue frosted glass finish, (available at craft stores)
small, clear gemstones
tacky glue
tea light candles

Wash and dry candle cup.
With a light hand spray the outside of the glass.
Let dry.
Glue on gemstones let dry and place in tea light.

Alternatively you can frost the candles white and decorate with blue gemstones.
