Cut the top of the egg carton off
and use it to place supplies in....sequences, feathers, twisted pipe cleaners,
etc.
Cut the bottom egg carton into rows, so there are two egg cups per mask.
(With a dozen carton you could cut out six masks, or eyes).
Tear or cut multi
colored tissue paper into one inch squares.
Make a glue and water mixture
(four parts glue + one part water).
Cut 2 holes for eyes from the
carton.
Adhere tissue paper pieces to the mask by applying the glue + water
mixture to the egg carton with a paint brush, place a piece of tissue paper and
then MORE glue and water mixture on top.
Keep doing this by overlapping
tissue paper until the whole mask is covered.
Add sequence, feathers twisted
pipe cleaners and glittery stickers when it is dry.
Staple a straw to one end
of the mask to hold it up. Add feathers or pipe cleaners for an added touch
into the opened end of the straw.
