National Crab Stuffed Flounder

Crab Stuffed Flounder Recipe
1/8 cup
butter
1/8 cup celery, chopped
1/8 cup chopped green onions
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 lb. shrimp, boiled and
chopped
1/4 lb. crabmeat, cooked and shredded
1 tablespoon chopped
parsley
4 thin flounder fillets
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to
375 degrees.
Grease a baking dish.
Melt butter in a pan then add and
sauté celery, green onions, and garlic.
Remove from heat and add
breadcrumbs, shrimp, crab and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper; mix
well.
Place one half of the flounder filets in baking dish.
Cover filets
with stuffing mixture.
Place remaining filets on top.
Cover baking dish
with foil and bake 35 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5
minutes or until fish is cooked through.
