National Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate Fondue

Serve with assorted fresh fruit pieces or pound cake cubes.

squares bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup cream or milk
3 tablespoons
liqueur, brandy or rum (optional)
Melt chocolate with cream over hot
water or heat in microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes.
Blend until
smooth.
Stir in liqueur. If liqueur is not desired, substitute with an
additional 3 tablespoons cream.
Transfer to serving dish or fondue
pot.
