National Blueberry Pancake Day

Blueberry
Pancakes
3 cups of your favorite pancake
mix
3 eggs
5 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 cups or so buttermilk or
sour cream
1 pint fresh blueberries or 1 can blueberry pie filling
2
teaspoons cream of tartar, if using the canned blueberry filling
Combine
batter, eggs and margarine and buttermilk, set sit (refrigerated) about an
hour.
Add blueberries and cream of tartar if needed.
Cook as you would
regular pancakes.
