Memories of Dad

My most favorite memory of my dad was when I first met him. I was about 5 or 6 and I had never seen my dad. When I was one he left me and my mother and sister and stayed gone for 5 years. I always thought my dad never loved me but he did enough to come back into my life. I love you daddy and thanks for coming back into our lives. You only have one dad and then that is it. So take heed to the one you have and tell him everyday just how much he means to you and how much you love and care for him.

When I was about 5 or 4 I went on a airplane alone to go see my dad and my step-mom Brenda he was waiting there and he had his teddy bear (I LOVE BEARS!) he had his hair short for the FIRST time ever when he was 18 he has keep his hair LONG!! The reason why it is my favorite memory is because he had prayed for me to come see him for the WHOLE SUMMER i enjoyed it! His wife has 2 kids 1 boy and 1 girl. the girl is only 2 months younger so really I'm the middle kid. the boy is only 9 months older. so we get along! Well thank you for having your time to share! Our father the late Mr. Ramesh Chauhan will be greatly missed by all us, He was a considerable and generous man loved not only by his family but also by his friends and all those who knew him. His compassion towards life and the people in his life, was greater than any person could have ever known or felt. There was never a moment when he didn't know how to control a situation. His words were of wisdom. He always took every situation into consideration and in his stride, with dignity and care. He taught us to think logically and patiently, and be more appreciative towards life and other people, and to live life to the fullest. He was always thoughtful and attentive to his family and friends and considered them more then himself, even to the very end, though it meant him suffering himself. His priority was always his family. The greatest gift he had was the ability to keep smiling through any situation. His sense of humour distinguished him from others. He was known as a gentleman and a good friend to others. Our father loved to socialize at parties, always seeking new friends. The centre of attention, bringing life to the party. He liked to dance, but he loved to sing. He was always singing and will always be singing in our hearts. The profound shock of his death has been overcome by the warmth that comes with our father's spirit. God took him away from us suddenly, but then god only takes the good. He was the best and always will be. He is a man to be proud of. We will never be able to speak to him nor see him, but he is here in our hearts. We will always cherish the time we had with our father and his memory shall live with us forever. We hope your journey to the place of rest fulfills your dreams. Take these words of comfort and rest in peace. We will love you always and forever.

I'm 5 years old and I think my father is the GREATEST father and fisherman in the whole world. He takes me fishing all the time and we catch a lot of fish. I'm his "Little Fishing Buddy". And pretty soon he will have another fishing buddy, because right now my little brother "Ronnie Jr." is only 6 months old and can't hold a fishing pole yet, so he can't fish with us, but we are waiting. He also makes me chocolate milk every morning and carries me to bed every night. I LOVE YOU DAD!!! YOUR THE BEST!!! I hope you like your Father's Day present from me and my brother and let's go camping soon OK? Love Stacy. Mom Loves You Too!!!

My Dad was one of kind. He was like no one else's Dad. He was a talented musician, a bass player. There were four children in my family, two boys and two girls. My Dad made me feel special by telling me I was his favorite oldest daughter. My Dad would always stop to rescue turtles that had decided to cross a road. I live in the country and I am blessed to be able to still honor his memory by rescuing turtles with my own children. Every time I hear one of my five children play a guitar, bass, or cello.... I thank my Dad and thank the Lord for this special gift.

My Dad left us when I was around 18 years old. My step-father entered our lives when I was pregnant with my first child. My Step-father is a joy to my family. He has brought so much love back that we thought we could never get back. Father's Day meant nothing to me until he became my Daddy. I have gone thru divorce twice and he was there for me each time. He has treated me like his very own child. No real father could have ever done as much. He's a real blessing to all of our lives. Whenever he really needs me, I'll be there, arms open wide. After all, he's what a real father should have been like.

When I was little, four, five, six, my father taught me to play cards. Not baby card games but poker and the like. He used to play these in the marines WWII. Any way he would put on an album like Montavani, or the soundtrack to the Sting, or marine marches and we would play poker. I'm sure he let me win a couple times though he denies it. Those were some of the most wonderful times in my life. It was just me and my dad. I'm 36 now and he's 76, times change, but not the love for my wonderful dad.

The memory I remember that makes me cherish my dad so much, is when I was a little girl. Late one night I could hear my parents talking and I heard my dad telling my mom that I was special to him and that I was like his own little girl.

My dad is a really cool person to hang out with. He will make you laugh every now and then. He will also take you anywhere that you want to go. That is why I like and love me him so much is because he is a very kind and loving person.

My dad lives with my step-mom Sandra. He has a job with the Pepsi Company and he had to move because they assigned him another place to work with the Pepsi company in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Him and my mom are divorced. I have a step-sister and her name is Aleasea. To me he is fun to be with because he has lots of tickets to go to like Six Flags Eilge Garends, Water World, Rockies Games and all kinds of stuff. I like it when we spend time together.
