Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease a muffin pan.
Roll out the dough 1/4" thick on a lightly floured piece of wax paper.
Cut out 12 large rounds (need to fit into muffin pan).
Fit each round into the muffin pan, trim off any excess.
With a round cookie cutter, cut dough into about 12 pieces.
Bake 15 minutes, cool 5 minutes.
Carefully, turn out cookies.
Cool completely.
