Egg Cream

You need use ice cold milk and seltzer.

1/3 cup whole milk
1 cup seltzer
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, use Fox's U-Bet if you can find it

Pour milk into a tall glass.
Add seltzer to milk while stirring vigorously with a long spoon.
Drizzle in syrup and stir just to mix, try to lead the foamy head at the top undisturbed.
