Creamed Eggs 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
& sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose
flour
salt & pepper to taste
cooked and hot biscuits
Melt
butter in a saucepan.
Add milk.
Gradually whisk in flour.
Stir and cook
until thicken.
Season with salt and pepper.
Gently stir in the
eggs.
Pour over biscuits.
