Special Chocolate Truffles

225g (8oz) good milk chocolate
25g (1oz)
butter
1 tablespoon cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons
cocoa powder
Small sweet paper cases
Break the chocolate into
bowl.
To melt chocolate rest over a boiling saucepan.
Stir melted
chocolate.
Cut butter in little pieces and stir in.
Stir in cream.
Let
it cool.
Put in refrigerator 30 minutes until hard enough to handle.
Take
small spoonfuls and roll in cocoa until covered.
Place truffles in small
cases.
Ready for eating or good for presents!
