International Easter Breads

Easter breads are fascinating.  There is no other holiday that has such a unique diversity of foods.  Take Christmas, for example, gingerbread is almost universal and it's composed of the same basic ingredients and it is served basically the same way.  Easter breads on the other hand have their own uniqueness per country.  There are the well-know hot cross buns of England and the scarlet-colored eggs baked into the Greek Tsourekia, two completely different ideas.  Enjoy this delightful collection.
