Decorative Sugar Eggs

Do not eat these, these are for decorative purposes only.
Color coconut with green food coloring for grass.

1 egg white
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3-1/2 cup granulated sugar
food coloring
egg mold, available at craft and cake decorating stores
royal icing
sugar bunnies, flowers, etc., available at supermarkets in the cake decorating section and in cake decorating stores

Beat egg white.
Add powdered sugar.
Add granulated sugar.
Add food coloring.
Pour into egg mold.
Let dry 20 minutes.
Scoop out the inside of the mold to desired thickness.
Fasten the 2 halves together with royal icing.
Fasten the sugar decoration inside with royal icing.
Now create a scene inside the egg attaching the decorations with a little icing.
