Marbled Eggs

hard boiled eggs
food coloring
vinegar
vegetable oil
cool water, not cold

In a mug or egg-decorating cup combine 1 tablespoon of food coloring with 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1/2 cup water or more if needed. You want the egg to completely submerge in the water.
Repeat the steps above to make other colors.
Gently lower an egg into a cup.
Remove the egg immediately and pat dry with a paper towel.

Color Mixing Help:
red + blue = purple
red + yellow = orange
