blue Jell-O
gummy fish, sharks, alligators, and other sea creatures
clear plastic cups or clear glass dessert bowls

Make blue Jell-O according to the package directions.
Pour into clear plastic cups or glass bowls.
Let them cool in the refrigerator until partially set, about 45 minutes.
Now add a few gummy creatures to each cup.
Put them in the refrigerator until they're completely set.

Variation: Make one large aquarium in a large dessert bowl or punch bowl.
