Squeeze out 3-4 drops of green food coloring and 4-5 drops of blue
food coloring onto the bottom of a coffee filter using the basic earth
land-water configuration.
Use enough color fill the coffee filter but work
slowly as the coloring will spread.
Let dry.
Cut out the bottom and
hang.
