Plastic Bag Caddy

1, 12 x 22 inch piece of fabric
1, 4x3 piece of fabric
elastic
thread

Fold the 12x22-inch piece of fabric in half with the wrong sides together.
Stitch the 22-inch sides together.
Turn up raw edge on one side and top stitch.
Turn up raw edge on one side and stitch close expect leave a 1-inch opening.
Thread elastic trough the opening.
Determine the size of the opening you want by stretching the elastic.
Stitch elastic ends together.
Fold the small piece of fabric in half with the wrong sides together.
Stitch along 4-inch side.
Turn inside out, turn raw edges in and stitch closed.
Attach handle to the center top of the bag.
