Scandinavian Chicken Rub
Use a small 1 or 2 serving bottle.

1/2 cup ground cardamom
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground cloves
2 tablespoons ground fennel seed
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1 tablespoons ground red pepper

Scandinavian Chicken Rub
Rub some of the mix all over chicken. Grill or bake until cooked through. Serve with creamed leeks and rice.
