Holiday Play Dough

1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup of water
food coloring

Combine salt, flour, and cream of tartar.
Stir in oil.
Slowly add the water.
Add a few drops of food coloring.
Place the mixture in a pan.
Cook and stir the mixture over medium heat.
The mixture will eventually turn into a ball in the mixing bowl.
When it has reached a pliable stage, place it in the refrigerator to cool.
There is no preservatives in this play dough recipe.
Store the play dough in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
