A CD (You have MORE than enough of those free CDs you get in the
mail!)
glitter
craft glue
stickers (not necessary, but nice)
yarn or ribbon for hanging
imagination

Decorate the shiny side of a CD in any way you wish.
Make a bow to put on the CD for a nice touch.
Glue the yarn to the other side for hanging.
