Mock Chopped Liver

"I’ve also seen this
recipe made with mushrooms in place of the lentils and made with sesame seeds
and sunflower seeds."
2 cups diced onions
2 cloves garlic
1 cup
lentils, cooked and drained
1 pound green beans boiled or steamed until
cooked, but not mushy
1/4 cup peanuts
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4
cup peanut butter, unsweetened
salt & pepper to taste
Saut onion
and garlic until soft and starting to brown, cool slightly.
Place all the
ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Serve on crackers.
