Spaghetti Cake
your favorite cake
baked & cooled
noodles: buttercream frosting, tint a very, very light
yellow.
meatballs: fudge with nuts
spaghetti sauce: red jelly, heat gently
so it is more spreadable
parmesan cheese: white chocolate, grated
have
on hand
pastry bag with coupler
small round tip
Cut cake into
smaller pieces and place them into your "spaghetti" bowl.
Spread the tin
layer of frosting over the cake, don't worry if the cake shows through.
Put
buttercream in a pastry bag with a small round tip.
Squeeze away, letting the
"noodles" fall where they may, let some drip over the bowl sides as
well.
Spread a little jelly over the "noodles".
Let fudge soften, then
mold into round "meatballs" and place on top of cake.
Roll "meatballs" in
jelly.
Grate a little white chocolate over all for the "parmesan cheese".
