Jester Pencil Topper

1-1/2-inch Styrofoam ball 
purple felt, for hat and collar
red, green and yellow small pom poms
mini pink pom pom for nose
tiny googley eyes
black markers
purple chenille (pipe cleaners)

Cut a small circle out of felt.
Cut from one side to the center.
Bend circle into a cone shape to fit around the jesters head.
Glue the cone shape together and on top of the clown.
Glue one the red, green and yellow pom poms onto the hat.
Glue on eyes, nose and draw on a mouth with a marker.
Set aside.
Cut out the collar: cut out a circle, cut from one side to the center, now add a zigzag shape to the outside.
Glue on mini pop poms to the tips of zigzag.
Set aside.
Use chenille to create a body by wrapping around the top of a pencil.
Add the head by poking the end of the pencil into the bottom of the head to make a hole.
Place head on the eraser end.
Glue on collar.
